Dear Valued Customers and Suppliers,
H&H Medical Corporation, as part of the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce for the Defense Industrial Base, is deemed "essential" under the current guidelines and our facilities are operating at full capacity. Our top priorities remain the safety of our employees and our commitment to meeting the needs of our customers. In response to the COVID-19 threat we have implemented the following policies and will continue to update these as needed:
-
Daily temperature testing for all on-site employees when they report to work.
-
Wearing face masks required during normal working hours (including the use of H&H Med Corp-made face masks as an effort to reduce the strain on masks for medical personnel and first responders).
-
Availability of gloves and hand sanitizer throughout the entire office and production space.
-
Restricting access to our manufacturing site to authorized non-employees.
-
Expanding manufacturing work areas to maintain physical distancing.
-
Splitting work breaks into shifts to minimize employee contact.
-
Limiting in-person meetings of more than three people.
-
Strict stay-at-home policy with liberal leave for employees who are ill or are caring for family members who are ill.
-
Restrictions on travel for all our employees.
-
Continual updating of employee education and notices regarding best practices to reduce the risk of spread based on CDC guidelines.
No H&H Med Corp employee has contracted COVID-19, been quarantined due to COVID-19, or experienced any known exposure to any person with COVID-19.
There are no issues with our supply chain and we expect no delays in customer orders. That being said, we are subject to any local, state or federal restrictions. In the case that these restrictions limit our ability to operate, we will contact impacted customers.
The landscape of this pandemic is ever-changing. As always, we call on our core-identity as problem solvers and work to be part of the solution.
Take care and know we will keep you informed.
Sincerely,

Paul X. Harder, JD
President
